The Service
Suhlo is a lead follow-up workspace for service businesses. It supports inbound lead response, missed-call recovery, estimate follow-up, stale lead reactivation, reporting, and related messaging workflows.
SMS Terms
Suhlo messages are service-related follow-up messages, not unsolicited bulk marketing. Messages may be sent after someone calls a participating business, submits a contact or lead request, requests information, a quote, booking, inspection, or service follow-up, replies to an existing conversation, or is an existing lead or customer of a participating business and the business has a lawful basis or permission to follow up.
Message frequency varies based on the person's interaction with the business and the workflow used. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out from further SMS from the sending number where supported. For help, recipients can contact the business that messaged them or contact Suhlo at contact@suhlo.com.
Customers must not upload or message contacts without proper permission, legitimate basis, or legal right to do so. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of uploaded lead and contact data.
Account And Workspace Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping workspace information accurate, using Suhlo lawfully, and ensuring they have the right to contact the leads and customers they upload, message, or manage in the workspace.
Subscription And Payment
Suhlo is a monthly subscription service. Activation is included in the monthly subscription. Workspace setup can begin before activation, and live messaging activation may take 2-3 business days after a subscription or activation request. Prices may be shown excluding VAT where applicable.
Acceptable Use
Customers and users must not use Suhlo for:
- spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited content;
- uploading contacts without proper consent, permission, or legal basis;
- regulated or prohibited messaging categories unless explicitly approved;
- misleading sender identity, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
Service Availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep Suhlo available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Results And Disclaimer
Suhlo helps businesses organize and automate follow-up, but it does not guarantee bookings, revenue, customer responses, or business outcomes.
Suspension And Termination
Customers may cancel or close a workspace. Suhlo may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, compliance risk, unlawful messaging, or other activity that creates risk for Suhlo, its customers, recipients, or service providers.
