What Suhlo Does
Suhlo provides lead follow-up and missed-call response tools for service businesses. Suhlo may send and receive service-related SMS messages on behalf of customer workspaces that use the product.
Suhlo messages are generally sent after a person has contacted, requested information from, replied to, or otherwise has an existing relationship with a Suhlo customer. Examples include missed-call follow-up, website or contact-form lead response, appointment or booking follow-up, follow-up on an existing estimate or service enquiry, and reactivation of existing leads where the Suhlo customer confirms they have the right, lawful basis, or permission to contact the recipient.
Suhlo is not intended for unsolicited bulk messaging.
Data We May Process
Depending on how a customer workspace uses Suhlo, we may process:
- workspace and account details;
- user account details;
- lead and customer contact details;
- phone numbers;
- email addresses when uploaded or provided;
- SMS/message content and delivery metadata;
- call metadata related to missed-call workflows;
- billing and payment status metadata;
- usage, log, and diagnostic data.
SMS Consent And Mobile Data
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent information is used only to provide or support the messaging services requested or authorized. Service providers and subprocessors may process data only as needed to provide Suhlo services.
Opt-Out And Help
Recipients can reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages from the sending number where supported by the SMS provider. For help, recipients can contact the business that messaged them or contact Suhlo at contact@suhlo.com.
Service Providers
Suhlo may use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, messaging, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and logging, security, and support. These providers process data only as needed to help us provide and operate Suhlo.
Data Retention
We retain data as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit and security records.
Your Rights And Questions
Where applicable, you may contact contact@suhlo.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. If a message was sent by a service business using Suhlo, you may also contact that business directly about its use of your information.
